How Janine got into weather

“Hurricane forecasting and chasing is my weather passion. I remember
when that interest began, the eye of Hurricane Gloria passing over my
childhood home in Dix Hills, New York when I was 12 years old.”

Education

Studied broadcasting and meteorology at the University of Florida and Mississippi State University. Also holds the Television Seal of Approval from the American Meteorological Society.
