Parts of Southwest Florida are starting to experience power outages as the effects of Tropical Storm Nicole are felt.

As of 11 a.m., Florida Power & Light reports:

• Collier County – 220
• Charlotte County – 450
• DeSoto County – 170
• Glades County – 90

As of 11:30 a.m., Lee County Electric Cooperative reports:

• Southwest Cape Coral – 4
• Northeast Cape Coral – 37
• Northwest Cape Coral – 1
• North Fort Myers – 47
• Lehigh Acres – 1
• Pine Island – 4
• Marco Island – 1
