The insurance village operates daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Port Charlotte Town Center Mall parking lot, 1441 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte. Homeowners who need to speak with an insurance expert can also call 1-877-693-5236, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, due to limited staffing, you are encouraged to visit the insurance village in person.
