Robert Joseph Ciszewski, 77 (CREDIT: Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office) A Fort Myers man was arrested after exposing himself to an undercover deputy in Charlotte Flatwoods Environmental Park in Punta Gorda. Robert Joseph Ciszewski, 77, was arrested on charges of exposure of sexual organs, according the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office. On September 12, CCSO received a tip about public nudity, sexual misconduct and other violations in Charlotte Flatwoods Environmental Park on Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda. On September 15, a gray Lexus SUV was parked at the park and the driver was identified as Ciszewski. The undercover officer made contact with Ciszewski at a picnic table and asked if he could sit with him. Ciszewski said that the undercover officer could. According to a CCSO report, Ciszewski asked the undercover officer why he was at the park, the undercover officer said to meet new people. Ciszewski then asked the officer what they were looking for and the undercover officer responded by asking Ciszewski what he was looking for, to which Ciszewski responded with “anything.” Ciszewski led the undercover officer down the park path and removed his penis and began to massage his penis in an attempt to make it erect, according to a CCSO report. The undercover officer then gave the signal to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit to come make the arrest. Ciszewski admitted to taking his penis out after leading the undercover officer to a more secluded area, according to a CCSO report. A search was done to Ciszewski’s vehicle, deputies found two firearms a Silver North Arms .22 Long Rifle Revolver and Black Smith and Wesson M&P Bodyguard 380, according to a CCSO report. Ciszewski was taken to Charlotte County Jail.
