Some have reinvented themselves.

Others have taken a leap.

But what they have in common is their need to serve and their success — which they’ve managed to accomplish before the age of 40.

WINK News’ partner Gulfshore Business is celebrating the young professionals who have devoted their time to making Southwest Florida a greater place to live.

The process of determining each year’s class is an arduous one. Gulfshore Business receives hundreds of nominees in the spring and has to widdle them down to 40.

This year’s class represent a variety of industries, from horticulture to law, to real estate and mental health.

Among them, you will find an English teacher who has mentored other educators, an Arthrex project manager who devotes her personal time to adults with disabilities and a leader of a community theater who has expanded its reach.

Their ages also span the decade with some who just turned 30 and others who are on the cusp of 40.
