Brian Lindsey, Earl Slaton, Eric Wieseman This weekly WINK News segment features fugitives from justice right here in Southwest Florida. This is your chance to help out the community and give the tip that gets these people off the street. These suspects need to be found – and you can help. If you have seen them, reach out to Crime Stoppers or your local law enforcement. Call 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). Here are three fugitives wanted by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers. Brian Lindsey Brian Lindsey (DOB: 2/7/1971) – wanted in Lee County for violation of probation of a DUI, a third conviction. He was arrested after authorities say he was loud and unruly at a Fort Myers restaurant and then fled in his vehicle at a high rate of speed. When officers pulled him over, authorities say, Lindsey pulled out a bottle of booze and chugged from it. He spent three months on lockup, according to authorities, and was released on probation, violating it two weeks ago. He was last known to be living in Northwest Cape. Once arrested, he is expected to be held without bond. Earl Slaton Earl Slaton (DOB: 10/29/1945) – wanted in Lee County for violation of sex offender probation for sexual activity with a child. According to authorities, a warrant for Slaton’s arrest was issued in 1990 after detectives said he sexually abused a minor and injured other children. However, Slaton eluded capture by fleeing to Mexico. He returned to the U.S. in 2018 and was arrested for rape. He was found guilty and served time in prison and was released on sex offender probation, which he violated in July. Slaton is 6 feet tall and weighs about 140 pounds. If arrested, he will be held without bond in the Lee County Jail. Eric Wiesemann Eric Wiesemann (DOB: 3/26/1984) – wanted in Lee County on an order revoking pretrial supervision for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and a domestic battery strangulation charge. He tried to hold a woman captive after getting physical with her, holding her hostage with a gun, according to authorities. The woman was able to escape and called police for help. Wiesemann was arrested and released on certain conditions but he violated the conditions. He is 5-foot, 10-inches and weighs 165 pounds. He was last known to be living in Estero.
