Water to be shut off in parts on Cape Coral Monday for scheduled maintenance

The City of Cape Coral plans to shut off water to several areas on Monday while they conduct scheduled maintenance.

The city says work will begin at 9 a.m. when they shut down the water at the intersection of Santa Barbara Boulevard and Nicholas Parkway NW.

The city says the work is expected to be complete by the end of the day Monday.

Cape Coral says once the water is turned back on, they recommend those who were impacted to boil their water as a precaution for a short time afterward.

Below is a map and a complete list of the streets that Monday’s water maintenance will impact. The city says residents affected will also be notified via phone, text and email.
