Suspect wanted in nearly $1K clothing theft at Sanibel Outlets’ Ralph Lauren

A suspect is wanted after being accused of stealing from a Ralph Lauren store in south Fort Myers.

According to Crime Stoppers, a woman entered the Ralph Lauren Polo at Sanibel Outlets on Summerlin Road and spoke with employees while selecting merchandise.

While in the store, she requested a price check on an item at which point the suspect followed the employee to the front of the store but never stopped and passed all points of sale without making any attempt to pay for her items.

The suspect took $936 worth of clothing. She was last seen wearing a blue chambray shirt with a white tank underneath and a colorful bandana on her head. She also has tattoos on the outside of both her left and right calves.
