That means a stop-work order remains in effect. Meanwhile, the first district has provided the recycling facility with an invoice of $152,514 for the work that was done there for 10 days in April when a fire continued to burn. The invoice includes the cost of staff and apparatus used during the period. As of noon on Friday, no amount had been paid, the fire district said.
