FORT MYERS
A 61-year-old Ohio man was found guilty of molesting a child less than 12 years old following a 2-day trial in Lee County.
The State Attorney’s Office said Jeffrey Lynn Ross was arrested in March of 2021 after a victim came forward and reported past sexual abuse.
Ross was investigated by the Cape Coral Police Department.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 20.
