Robert Mullins Robert Mullins (DOB 8/27/98) – wanted in Lee County on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of aggravated battery on a pregnant victim. According to detectives, Mullins got mouthy and then physically violent with a pregnant female over $150 that he allegedly took from the woman. Rather than hash things out rationally, Mullins went into a tirade and choked the mom-to-be nearly to the point of unconsciousness. He found himself in a jail cell later that night, where he stayed for about a month. He was released under the condition that he’d show up for his next court hearing, however, Mullins has been a no-show for just over a month now. He has previous bookings for the possession, sale and delivery of cocaine, weapons offenses, burglary, grand theft and domestic violence. He is 5’8”, 180 pounds and was last known to be living in North Fort Myers. And upon his arrest, he will be held without bond. Johnathon Toles Johnathon Toles (DOB 8/20/91) – wanted in Lee County on an order revoking pretrial supervision for battery and child abuse charges. He is accused of physically and mentally abusing a female and an autistic toddler over the course of several years. The victim said Toles would not allow her to leave the home unsupervised, and wouldn’t allow her to talk to others, thus not affording her an opportunity to seek help for a very long time. At times, he would slap at and curse at the autistic toddler while in its highchair just because the infant was crying. The victim was finally able to seek help after a planned medical procedure, where she seized the opportunity to tell medical professionals what was happening, who in turn called police. Toles was arrested and spent just three days in jail before being released. However, two weeks ago, a judge rescinded that release and has now ordered him back into custody. He is 6’2”, 220 pounds and was last known to be living in Cape Coral. Darryell Leona Washington Darryell Leona Washington (DOB 11/24/97) – wanted in Lee County on an order revoking pretrial supervision for battery on a paramedic, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage. During an incident in early April, Washington was detained after it appeared she took an excessive amount of drugs. She became highly enraged and ended up striking the paramedic before fleeing on foot. She then ran through a neighborhood, causing damage to several people’s property, then stole a car and ultimately crashed the car. She ended up behind bars for three days and was released on certain conditions, which she has failed to adhere to. She’s been on the run since April 22nd. She is 5’3”, 100 pounds and was last known to be living in Central Fort Myers.
