Mother’s Day Celebration in Southwest Florida

Mother’s Day is celebrated across the country to show all the moms how much they are loved. A day that celebrates motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence mothers have in our lives.

Some get a sentimental card, a cute stuffed animal, a box of chocolates, or a classic bouquet of flowers. The main point is that today everyone shows their mother love, respect, and care on this special holiday.

“I love my mom and grandma so much because they’re always caring and loving, and they do so much for me, and they’re the best,” Allianna Harbin said about her mom.

Brooklyn Kelly from Fort Myers added, “I love my mom. Nothing would be possible if it weren’t for her. And honestly, I don’t think I would be anyone without her.”

“It’s nice to see moms treated so kindly. We were the ones that had to go through all the labor and everything else, so it is a special day,” Norma Ridzyowski said.

So a big thank you to every mom. This day is for you, and all of you deserve it.
