Scattered rain chances with above-average heat

Highs will return to the upper 80s and lower 90s under partly cloudy skies.

Expect for the strong storms to start to dissipate at 8 pm and by 11 pm areas of light to moderate rain will be left behind. We can not rule out a stray shower throughout the overnight hours.

The drying trend will continue into the overnight hours and tomorrow morning you will be waking up to dry conditions. Although we will be dry tomorrow morning watch out for patchy fog!

We will decrease our rain chances later this week as slightly drier air pushes into Southwest Florida.

Boating conditions will be excellent, given you can dodge our storms after lunchtime.
