Scattered rain chances return Thursday afternoon

Highs will enter the upper 80s and lower 90s under partly cloudy skies. Humidity will be slightly elevated Thursday, making our temperatures feel even warmer.

Expect scattered showers and thunderstorms to form after lunchtime. The strength and coverage of these storms will be greater than what we saw Wednesday. However, most (if not all) of them will remain below severe limits.
