A weak cold front will move through Southwest Florida late in the day Monday, bringing a chance for some inland isolated storms Monday afternoon, then a drop in humidity to follow. While our coastal areas will likely remain dry, we may see a few strong storms to perhaps even an isolated severe storm for areas like Hendry, Glades, and inland Collier County. Elsewhere, expect a warm and slightly humid day with highs back to near 90. Behind the front, drier air will settle back in. We’ll see a drop in humidity beginning Tuesday, but the drier air will also limit our rain chances. We should remain dry through Friday and breezy. We won’t see the return of rain and storms until this upcoming weekend.
