Neither family nor the FBI has said what those items are.
In a statement to WINK News, Laundrie family attorney Steve Bertolino wrote only, “an agreement in principle with respect to the distribution of property between the families has been reached. I have no further comment at this time.”
WINK News has reached out to the Petito family attorney but has not heard back.
In September, Gabby Petito was found dead in a national park in Wyoming after going on a road trip with her fiancé Brian Laundrie. Laundrie was later found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the Carlton Reserve.
