Credit: Gabby Petito via Instagram The parents of Gabby Petito met with the FBI on Thursday. Tampa FBI investigators have confirmed the meeting with the Petito family. The Laundrie family attorney confirms that both the Laundries and the Petitos have come to an agreement on splitting up items. Neither family nor the FBI has said what those items are. In a statement to WINK News, Laundrie family attorney Steve Bertolino wrote only, “an agreement in principle with respect to the distribution of property between the families has been reached. I have no further comment at this time.” WINK News has reached out to the Petito family attorney but has not heard back. In September, Gabby Petito was found dead in a national park in Wyoming after going on a road trip with her fiancé Brian Laundrie. Laundrie was later found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the Carlton Reserve.
