Man caught on camera in Monday morning 7-Eleven robbery

A man is wanted as a suspect after being caught on camera during the robbery of a 7-Eleven in Lehigh Acres early Monday morning.

At around 4 a.m., the suspect in the photograph entered the 7-Eleven at 1626 Meadow Road. According to a report shared by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, the suspect showed the cashier a firearm hidden in the front pocket of a hoodie and demanded the money from the cash register. The victim complied and the suspect immediately ran away with around $50 in cash.

The suspect is said to be a thin man, around 5’10, with short hair. He was wearing a surgical mask, a gray hoodie, dark sweatpants and white/gray shoes at the time.
