Timothy James (CREDIT: WINK News) A 52-year-old Lehigh Acres man was sentenced to 40 years in prison for sexual battery of a child under the age of 12. The defendant sexually abused a girl over a period of time. He was arrested in 2018 by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. His 40-year prison term will be followed by lifetime sex offender probation.
