Dry, comfortable Friday afternoon for Southwest Florida

High temperatures will feel very similar to Thursday. Expect partly cloudy skies with light winds mainly coming out of the north.

Our boating forecast is still looking great. 1- to 2-foot wave heights are forecast with a light chop in our bays.

High pressure continues to steer dry air into Southwest Florida.

This drier air will minimize our rain chances moving forward.

As a result, we will experience above-average temperatures throughout the weekend and next week.
