Here are three fugitives wanted by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Michael Faz

Michael Faz (DOB 8/11/78) – wanted in Hendry County for multiple warrants for the trafficking of narcotics. He’s is a repeat offender with nine priors on his record to date.

Investigators say that over the last several months, they have been identifying members of a widespread drug trafficking organization, with multiple arrests already made for trafficking large quantities of meth and heroin onto the streets of Hendry County.

Last week, a warrant for Faz’s arrest, for his involvement in this operation, was issued. Narcotics officers say Faz’s criminal history is almost exclusively for dealing drugs, and being a deadbeat dad, with his most recent arrest in late July for trafficking meth.

He spent only one day in jail before being released on $40,000 bond – and just a very short time later, Crime Stoppers says, “he’s back at his familiar work”. Faz was last known to be living in Labelle.

Richard Fondaw

Richard Fondaw (DOB 9/17/70) – wanted in Lee County for violation of probation for petit theft (3rd conviction). Fondow has 32 previous bookings to his name on charges that include counts of burglary, battery, drugs, contempt and DUI, among others. He’s also spent time in jail in Arizona.

His most recent warrant, which was issued earlier this month is for a theft arrest, when he was caught on camera stuffing food down his pants at a local store.

Because of his extensive history of theft, he ended up spending an extended time behind bars in downtown Fort Myers, before finally being released on probation which he has now violated.

Fondaw is 5’10”, 200 pounds and was last known to be living in the downtown Fort Myers area. And upon his arrest, he will be held without bond.

Eduardo Rivero

Eduardo Rivero (DOB 3/11/98) – wanted in Collier County for violation of state probation for sexual battery on a victim under 12 years of age.

His local arrest history is just for the original charges of sexual battery and lewd or lascivious molestation.

After his arrest on the charges, he was found guilty in a Collier County courtroom and was sentenced to 10 years of probation following the eight months he spent in the Collier County Jail.

He’s got another eight years on that sentence, and with this most recent violation, chances are pretty good that his probation term will be extended even further. He was last known to be moving back and forth between East Naples and Golden Gate and has been known to work as a day laborer.
