Isolated thunderstorms return this afternoon and evening

High temperatures will feel very similar to what we experienced on Tuesday.

Isolated rain chances will begin after lunchtime. The best chance of running into these showers will come closer to sunset.

If you can dodge those showers, conditions will be ideal on the water. Low wave heights and light chop is also expected for the next several days.

Our isolated rain chances will continue into the weekend.

We are tracking a weak disturbance off the coastlines of Haiti and the Dominican Republic. This will have a low chance of forming over the next five days. Regardless, it will ultimately turn back into the Mid-Atlantic and stay away from Southwest Florida.

Pamela is now a tropical storm in the Pacific Ocean. The system will likely re-strengthen into a hurricane Wednesday before making landfall in Mexico. Its remnants will eventually bring more rain and thunderstorms to the Great Plains later this week.
