The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man they sale stole booze from businesses. (CREDIT: Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office) Charlotte County deputies are searching for a man who committed two business burglaries along Beach Road in Englewood. The burglaries occurred on Sept. 30. The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office didn’t say where the burglaries occurred, but they said: “this person wanted to get caught as he stare directly into the camera.” The suspect stole a surfboard that was mounted on the wall, some change from the register and a few bottles of liquor “that he took his sweet time picking out amongst the top-shelf booze.” He also stole some Red Bull, “because well, I guess he needed a mixer,” the sheriff’s office said. “Help us identify this booze bandit,” the sheriff’s office said.
