SWFL band DONEFOR to open for Sublime, 311 and Goldfinger at Orlando music festivalCape Coral faces lawsuit over First Amendment
A few spotty showers are possible Friday until sunset. After that, expect mostly dry and muggy conditions overnight into Saturday morning. Temperatures will soar Saturday under plentiful sunshine with highs near 92° before the rain and storms move in. Heat indices will peak in the upper 90s and lower 100s with deep tropical moisture overhead. Although rain and storms will be a little more widespread compared to Friday, it will not be a complete washout. A dominant Atlantic sea breeze will allow for rain to develop inland around lunchtime and eventually toward the coast by the second half of the day. This wind pattern typically allows for more local storms, which is what we have in the forecast both Saturday and Sunday. In the tropics, there is absolutely nothing to track over the next five days. Enjoy!
