Sunny, hot afternoon across SW Florida Tuesday

Happy Tuesday, Southwest Florida! Highs will soar into the mid-upper 80s near the coast and low 90s inland this afternoon.

Drier air has mixed in, too. So although it’ll be hot, our summer-like humidity is not present today.

High pressure overhead keeps us rain free and quiet for the next few days before our next cold front arrives.

This front will linger toward our north on Friday and eventually move away. Another opportunity for rain moves in late this weekend!
