Here are three fugitives wanted by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Ashley Caraway

Ashley Caraway (DOB 10/11/88) – wanted in Lee County for violation of probation for grand theft. After a woman’s purse, cash and credit cards were stolen from a local grocery store, Crime Stoppers posted surveillance video and pictures of the suspect.

Within a very short time, multiple tips came in, all identifying Caraway as the thief.

She ended up spending about two-and-a-half months in the Lee County Jail for that crime but was eventually released on probation – meaning she’d have to follow certain terms and conditions as set forth by the judge.

Two weeks ago, Caraway decided to stray from those rules and has now fallen out of compliance and has violated her probation.

She has got four previous bookings and has a history of theft. She is 5’2”, 130 pounds and could be moving back and forth between North Fort Myers and Lehigh. She has a tattoo of a mushroom on her left leg and butterflies on both her right leg and her left shoulder.

Mark Heighway

Mark Heighway (DOB 12/29/62) – wanted in Lee County for driving while license permanently revoked, DUI with property damage, and felony DUI – fourth or more.

Deputies say Heighway was drunk and disorderly at a beach bar and was asked to leave the premises.

Instead of calling for a taxi, or even a designated driver, he made the decision to drive away but didn’t get far after almost immediately crashing into a guard rail.

A quick check of his license showed he had been convicted seven times before for DUI, and had three driver’s license suspensions on his record – the final one being in 2014 when the state of Florida revoked his license for the rest of his life.

Over the years, Heighway has been booked seven times locally. He is 5’10”, 180 pounds, and was last known to be living on Fort Myers Beach.

Kenneth Holzman

Kenneth Holzman (DOB 2/28/74) – wanted in Lee County for violation of probation for trafficking in stolen property and providing false information to a pawnbroker. This incident stems from Holzman stealing several antique firearms from a family member.

He then went to a local pawn shop and sold them, using his own identification, for a mere fraction of what they were worth. He also affirmed that the guns were his, which of course was not the case.

Fortunately, Cape cops were able to track the guns down and have them returned to their rightful owner. Holzman, on the other hand, ended up in jail for a little more than two months.

He literally only has about a month and a half left on his state probation for this crime, but with this latest violation, chances are pretty good that the state will revisit those terms and lengthen it after his next trip to jail.

He has seven local bookings on charges of grand theft, dealing in stolen property, fraud, contempt, battery/domestic violence and lots of drug charges.

He is 5’7”, 140 pounds with a tattoo of a clover with “Irish” drawn on his right arm, and Japanese symbols on his stomach. He was last known to be living in Southwest Cape Coral.

If you have a tip on the whereabouts of any of these wanted suspects contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers. All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000.
