It happened around noon on SR-760 in Nocatee, just south of Arcadia. The Arcadia Municipal Airport said a small plane left the airport and lost oil pressure before crashing a few miles away in an open pasture. The plane landed on its belly. The pilot was airlifted to the hospital but is expected to be OK.
