Record heat possible across SW Florida through the weekend

As a strong ridge of high pressure builds in over Southwest Florida, expect an increase in humidity and record heat possible through the weekend.

We’ll stay warm and above average most of next week. But finally, as we approach late Thursday and Friday, a touch of drier air is expected to move in.

This should drop our temperatures and dew points (slightly) into Easter weekend. Get excited!
