COLLIER COUNTY
A brush fire broke out in Collier County and was threatening one family’s home.
This happened in Collier County on Six L’s Farm Road near Lafayette Street.
Greater Naples Fire Chief Nolan Sapp says there was one home in danger and that the fire covered ten acres. Fire crews were able to put a protection line around the home.
The family that lived in the home was evacuated and is back in their home tonight.
There was no damage and there are no injuries.
