Suspect Ruben Ricardo Rosado-Milan, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, bonded out of Lee County Jail Wednesday following his arrest for what investigators say were multiple occasions of exposing himself and masturbating in public. Rosado-Milan is accused of exposing himself to at least nine young women and girls during a number of separate incidents. For months, Lee County Sheriff’s Office worked a case of who exposed himself to students at Riverdale High School in Lee County. According to the arrest report, Rosado-Milan did the same thing to women at The Forum shopping center in Fort Myers and in front of the Hobby Lobby and Ulta on Six Mile Cypress Parkway in south Fort Myers. It took three months, but Lee County deputies believe they can make the case Rosado-Mila is the man who exposed himself to at least nine victims at four different locations. According to the report, deputies say Rosado-Milan was completely naked during one incident, touching himself and cornering a victim at one point. It was a scary situation for those exposed and a surprising one to a neighbor of Rosado-Milan. A neighbor who did not want to share her name or face on camera explained she had met Rosado-Milan, his wife and pet and learned he was a father and a grandfather. The neighbor told us Rosado-Milan explained to her he had worked in border security in Texas and moved to Florida for a position with ICE. The neighbor also explained Lee County deputies responded to Rosado-Milan’s home back in December 2020 and again two weeks ago before his arrest Tuesday. The neighbor we spoke to said they are mainly concerned about nearby kids in the neighborhood. She told us, even though it took a few months, she is glad deputies made the arrest. Rosado-Milan posted a $40,000 bond, and he is back in public. He faces charges for seven counts of exposure of sexual organs, two counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition and one count of trespass on school property
