Warm, muggy ahead of cold front Wednesday

Published: Updated:

Happy Tuesday, Southwest Florida! After pesky fog this morning, we’ve had a mixture of sun and clouds with highs in the mid-80s.

Ahead of a cold front, expect patchy fog Wednesday morning with areas of spotty rain.

Showers are possible north of the Caloosahatchee before noon and south of the river after lunchtime as the front slowly moves south.

Accumulation will be less than a quarter-inch for most of the region. Lower humidity filters in by Thursday morning!
