Lee County deputies are at a property in North Fort Myers, though what they’re investigating has not been confirmed. (Credit: WINK News) Lee County investigators were at the scene of a death investigation on Saturday. A crime scene unit was parked on Lowell Avenue near Arapahoe Street. Several detectives and the medical examiner were also at the scene. A neighbor said the sheriff’s office had been there since before 4 a.m., and the property is known to contain a homeless camp. The sheriff’s office would only say “This is an active investigation.
