Credit: Google Maps Police are trying to figure out how a stray bullet hit a woman in Fort Myers Thursday night. The woman was hit near Central Avenue and Canal Street, right between Fowler Street and Cleveland Avenue, around 11 p.m. According to the Fort Myers Police Department, she was walking in the area at the time, possibly toward the Suns Courtyard Condominiums. Police say the woman will be fine and that they do not believe she was targeted by anyone. They do not yet have anyone in custody. Trust WINK News for updates.
