According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 28-year-old Bradenton woman with a 1-year-old boy as a passenger was driving a car southbound in the outside lane of US-41, north of Pearl Avenue around 8:32 p.m. A 61-year-old Bradenton man was likewise in the outside lane north of Pearl Avenue. The front of the car struck the man, killing him. The crash remains under investigation. Trust WINK News for updates.
