UPDATE (Feb. 5, 2021): Charges were not filed against Kevin Cordero, 27, and Stephan Antonio Carrion-Velazquez, 31, due to a request from the arresting agency, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, after the victim recanted their identification.

Authorities are still searching for a sixth and final suspect in a violent road rage incident in North Fort Myers that occurred on Jan. 9.

The man authorities are searching for was the primary aggressor in a clash with Jeremy Harris, a driver who told a group of motorcyclists to stop impeding traffic, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

The motorcyclist sought has a Deadpool sticker on his bike, according to a SWFL Crime Stoppers Facebook post.

The fight was recorded by Harris’s dashcam.

Already arrested in the crime are: Stephan Antonio Carrion-Velazquez, 31, Jermin Deleon, 36, Roberto Deltoro, 35, Kevin Cordero, 27, and Ramon Santiago, 32. Santiago was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Ohio, where he fled to with his two children, according to authorities.

The fight broke out on Pondella Road, just east of North Cleveland Avenue. The motorcycle troop was keeping cars from going so other motorcyclists could pass. That’s when Harris yelled that they couldn’t do that. Harris clipped one of the motorcyclists by mistake.

They surrounded his vehicle. Harris stepped outside with a wrench in his hand, but was overtaken ultimately ending up on the ground.

The last suspect sought appears to have a wrench in his hand in one of the photographs used to identify him.
