The big story this weekend in Southwest Florida is the fog. Most of the area is socked in by dense fog this morning. The good news is once the fog mixes out, it’ll end up being a beautiful afternoon, with mostly sunny skies and warm temperatures near 80 degrees. Sunday looks very similar, with fog in the morning, but then a mixture of sun and clouds in the afternoon, along with warm temperatures once again. Warm and dry weather continues into next week, with partly sunny skies and highs trending up into the low to mid 80s. Our next cold front will push across the area on Thursday, and with it, we could see a few showers, but it doesn’t look overly wet. Behind the front, cooler and drier air filters in for the end of the workweek into the weekend.
