A 35-year-old Collier County man is facing charges after being accused of inappropriately touching two young girls and taking images of a young woman in the shower – and then threatening to leak the photos.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office says Miguel Angel Perez-Guerrero showed a 21-year-old woman a photo of herself naked in the shower at her home. She said Perez-Guerrero threatened to spread the photo if she didn’t have sex with him, and she told deputies she believed the man also had photos of her younger sisters, ages 15 and 12.

While deputies were at the home late Friday, the father of the victims told them Perez-Guerrero had inappropriately touched a 12-year-old girl at the home, and the father found a hidden camera in the shower, “inside of a cubby shelf, wrapped inside of a cloth.”

As the investigation at the home continued, the father told deputies his 15-year-old daughter also had been touched inappropriately by Perez-Guerrero.

Perez-Guerrero is facing one count each of video voyeurism and extortion – or threats, and two counts of lewd lascivious molestation on a victim 12 to 16.

He remains in the Collier County Jail.
