Rain returns to SW Florida along a cold front

Happy Friday Southwest Florida! Rain returns to Southwest Florida this evening along a cold front, but the majority of the day will actually be nice.

Highs will reach the low-mid 70s under a lot of sunshine. A stray shower approaches our region by 6 p.m., but most of the rain comes much later on.

The main line of rain begins around 10 p.m. and wraps up around 2 a.m. This will set up a much cooler and drier weekend ahead!

Highs will only reach the 60s both Saturday and Sunday with lows Sunday morning in the 40s. Bundle up!
