A Southwest Florida sheriff was officially sworn in for his fourth term.

Collier County Sheriff Kevin Rambosk took office in 2009 and gave his oath of office once again Tuesday.

“I do solemnly swear or affirm … that I will support, protect and defend the Constitution,” Rambosk said.

Rambosk was also awarded a metal of distinguished service, which he accepted on behalf of the sheriff’s office as a whole.
