Just after 1 p.m. a semi-truck heading southbound on I-75 crashed through a median causing other cars to also collide. The semi crossed over the concrete median barrier just south of the I-75 Caloosahatchee Bridge at mile marker 141. The semi continued southbound shortly before stopping. FDOT live traffic page is reporting another vehicle crash near the scene. A spokesman for the Florida Highway Patrol said the crash is under investigation.
