Launch of Atlas V GPS IIF-4 from Cape Canaveral AFS United Launch Alliance (ULA) is launching from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station Space Launch Complex 41. The Atlas V rocket will launch a classified spacecraft payload for the National Reconnaissance Office into orbit. At 4:33 p.m. Kennedy Space Center announced, “A team is being dispatched to the pad to examine hardware in the liquid oxygen storage area for the Atlas first stage.
