Investigators search for suspects of drive-by shooting in north Cape Coral

Thursday night, Cape Coral Police Department responded to a drive-by shooting with no injuries in northeast Cape Coral.

According to CCPD, at around 11:45 p.m., officers responded to a home in the 100 block of NE 23rd Street, where neighbors say shots were fired at their home from a vehicle on the street.

No one at the home was shot or harmed. Police consider it an isolated incident, and there is no immediate danger to the public.

Investigators want help from anyone with information to identify possible suspects. The vehicle used in the shooting was described as a dark-colored SUV.
