Luis Enrique Ortiz-Rodriguez (Credit: CCSO booking photo) A 23-year-old man was arrested in Collier County on multiple warrants, including one for homicide in Puerto Rico. Luis Enriquez Ortiz-Rodriguez was arrested Tuesday by agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Collier County deputies. Ortiz-Rodriguez was wanted in Puerto Rico for homicide in the muder of Jonathan Cruz Crispin in May of 2018. He’d been on the run ever since. He also had active arrest warrants in Virginia for shooting a firearm from a vehicle, reckless handling of a firearm and possession of marijuana, CCSO said.
