Credit WINK News. Three teenage boys were arrested after a robbery at Sunrise Towers early Thursday, according to the Fort Myers Police Department. Officers responded to 2845 Central Ave. in Fort Myers around 2:57 a.m. to a report of a robbery in progress. When they arrived, police located the victim who was suffering from a bloody nose. The victim gave officers a description of four young males who he said battered him and took his personal property. All four suspects fled from officers and three were apprehended. They face charges for robbery and resisting an officer without violence. The three who were arrested are ages 17, 15 and 14. WINK News will not name them because they are minors.
