Fort Myers Beach International Film Festival goes virtual

The first-ever virtual Fort Myers Beach International Film Festival begins on Tuesday.

The festival features over 100 independent filmmakers. Organizers designed the festival to globally celebrate independent films, as well as offering workshops and masterclasses.

They’ve organized film packages and streaming for your devices. The virtual opening reception and nominations, masterclasses and closing awards ceremony can be streamed for free, but registration is required in advance as space is limited.

The last day of the festival is Saturday, September 26.

The festival normally takes place at the Beahc Theater on Fort Myers bEach and organizers hope to see you their April 13,18, 2021 for the 15th rendition of the festival.
