Collier County man wins $1 million on scratch-off ticket

The Florida Lottery announced Wednesday that Walter Nadolink, 65, of Goodland, claimed a $1 million top prize from the “Fastest Road to $1,000,000 Scratch-Off” game using a secured drop box at the Fort Myers District Office.

He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $790,000.

Nadolink purchased his winning ticket from the Publix at 1089 North Collier Blvd., on Marco Island. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
