Tropical disturbance in the Atlantic has high chance of becoming Isaias
Another tropical disturbance is making its way across the Atlantic Ocean toward the Caribbean. Meteorologists say it is likely that this storm will become Hurricane Isaias.
Most models predict the storm will be developed by the time it reaches the Caribbean in about four days, however, the intensity and path of this storm have not yet been determined. Dry air and Saharan Dust seem to be limiting the storm’s growth, at least in the next couple of days.
Land interaction with Puerto Rico or Hispanola would also diminish the intensity of the storm.
