I-75 crash in Estero causes concrete spill, roadway clear

Florida Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle crash between a semi-truck and a pickup truck carrying a concrete mixer on northbound I-75 in Estero Tuesday.

According to FHP, state troopers responded to the crash in northbound lanes of I-75 at Corkscrew Road exit 123.

According to FHP, the pickup truck was towing a concrete mixer and the crash caused a spill on the roadway.

The crash caused a large backup on the interstate for more than two hours

Crews worked to clean up the scene, and the roadway has since reopened.

There were no injuries reported due to the crash.
