The Springs of Bonita Church held a special graduation ceremony Sunday morning for its congregants who missed out on traditional graduation this year. “I think a lot of them were bummed about not being able to do any normal graduation things, so we just want them to know they’re extra special to us,” said Stephanie Seidel. “You know a lot of people graduate from high school, but it is a big accomplishment. So we want to make sure we recognize that.” Among the graduates is Hailey, who is graduating from Estero High. She plans to earn a degree in biology from UCF and become a wildlife veterinarian. Alyssa is also graduating from Estero High, with plans to attend FSW and then FGCU. Dixie is graduating from Florida Virtual School and is headed for cosmetology school. Hunter is graduating from Estero High and plans to study mechanical engineering at UCF.
