Authorities say he also made the two very young boys do inappropriate things.

To date, he’s got 1`2 bookings in Lee County on additional charges of battery, theft, drugs, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and a sex assault charge when he was a minor for fondling a three-year-old boy.

Kelly Sanders

Kelly Sanders (DOB 11/3/64) – He has a felony original warrant out of Fort Myers for the sale and delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and the possession of cocaine with intent to sell.

Sanders is one of the final outstanding warrants from a large drug bust FMPD did in March of this year and has three active felony warrants in connection to the bust.

Sanders has been booked eight times in Lee County for aggravated battery, burglary, contempt, trespassing with a firearm, and failing to pay child support.

He’s also been sent to prison three times for a term of about 20 years for sexual battery, kidnapping, armed robbery, and being a coke dealer. He is 5’6”, 170 pounds and was last known to be living in Dunbar.

Bobby Joe Skeens

Bobby Joe Skeens (DOB 8/27/83) – He has a warrant for violation of drug offender probation for the possession of cocaine and two counts of the possession of a controlled substance.

He has 25 previous bookings on his rap sheet on many drug charges, resisting, fraud, grand theft, dealing in stolen property, burglary and contempt.

He’s also been sent to state custody three times – mostly for theft and trafficking in stolen property-related charges.

Skeens is 5’8”, 225 pounds, and is known to have gang affiliations. He uses the aliases of Patrick Moule and Joe Skeens and has a tattoo of the words “Hustlin South” on his left arm, bullet holes on his right arm, and a three-point crown on his back. And upon his arrest, he will be held without bond.
