Circle K shooting Bullets ripped through the front of a Fort Myers store early Tuesday. According to Fort Myers police, an officer was dispatched to the Circle K gas station at 3614 Cleveland Ave., just after 1 a.m. in reference to a man with a gun outside the business. Officers at the scene arrested Regie Meant, 26, who remains in custody at the Lee County jail. Police said Meant fired multiple rounds into the store windows during a verbal argument and caused significant damage. No one was injured. Two firearms were recovered from the scene. Meant is charged with aggravated assault and shooting into an occupied building. He is also charged with violating the governor’s ‘safer at home’ order.
